Rajesh is a senior tax partner with more than 33 years experience of which 28 years are with PwC. He has wide experience in providing audit, tax and advisory services to various sectors of the economy in the region. Rajesh’s tax expertise covers both direct and indirect tax.

He holds a BSC (Hons-Distinction) in Mathematics from the Leeds University, UK. He is a : Fellow, Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), Member, Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), Member, Faculty of Tax, ICAEW, Member, Faculty of Technology, ICAEW. Rajesh has published several technical papers; has facilitated and led plenary discussions and made presentations on various topics in tax, information technology, alliances and business risk management e.g. he was the overall moderator for a public private dialogue hosted by the EAC Secretariat in Dar es Salaam in November 2011 on harmonisation of taxes in East Africa.
